We want you to love your Retrospec pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures your wardrobe update is as seamless as your style.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
